lifestyle
Food accessibility these days and the sedentary lifestyle people lead are the main reasons for weight gain. In order to lead healthy, natural life, we have to change our habits – especially our eating habits.

Eating Habits
Eating habits are like any other habit – they come as a result of repetition. For example, if you snack while watching TV, this may eventually became a part of your lifestyle. Other bad habits include eating immediately after you get home, eating while reading, eating when the children come home from school or eating while cooking dinner. -
state of mind
Certain circumstances or/and moods can make us eat even when not hungry. Those moods include oredom, anger, happiness, loneliness, fatigue, anxiety, nervousness, or when we don’t want to throw food away (for example when left over from the kid’s plates). This list is actually endless. It is important to realize that these habits are not easy to get rid of. The cure is not merely to break old habits, but to make a goal of forming new ones via repetition. For example, if we make certain daily commitments, we have to be sure to meet them day after day, regardless of whether we like it or not. Such commitments can help us form new, healthier habits. For sure resisting temptation is a hard task, but if you succeed the first time, it is easier to resist the temptation next time. After a short time you will have successfully instilled the habit of resisting temptation forever! And vice versa - if you succumb to the temptation, you will continue doing it forever. It is important to change your behavior for good - so that it becomes a new part of your lifestyle.
