NAF Kids
NAF is the National Academy of Fitness, an organization that was established in 2002 with the aim of educating young people in weight loss. NAF has three programs to encourage weight loss; a residential school for girls, where students can attend for anything between 3 and 9 months; NAF Summer Camps which last 3, 6 or 9 weeks are a fun and active way to learn the NAF program; the third is called NAF Kids Home where children can do the program from home with weekly help from a NAF Coach.

The NAF Kids weight loss program is a guided eating system which gives menus for each meal of the day and the dieter records what they eat and the calories ingested. The program also has the same set up for exercise, where each day the child records what activities they do.
As well as having a target weight, each dieter also has a set of targets regarding how often they exercise, how they improve in terms of fitness and also what kind of food they eat.
To keep the dieter keen to carry on this weight loss program, progress is evaluated on a monthly basis with graphical representations of progress made.
