The Enzym DietThe Enzym Diet

The Enzyme Diet is a weight loss program which encourages weight loss by using enzymes to boost your metabolic rate to its optimal level without resorting to the use of artificial stimulants or drugs. Your body naturally produces enzymes, which are the chemicals in the body which break down food into the constituent parts the body needs, and the Enzyme Diet uses minerals, vitamins, essential enzymes and phyto-nutrients to support both the metabolic and digestive enzymes that your body produces. The aim of the diet is to maximize the efficiency of your body's natural resources for the absorption of nutrients and their transmission to the cells of your body.

The Enzyme Diet uses a so-called “Superfood”, which consists of all the necessary nutrients to support your metabolism in a low-calorie and healthy manner. The Superfood works by maximizing the burning of energy whilst only having a small calorie intake, and suppresses hunger. The Superfood is designed to provide the human body with every necessary for improved health, weight loss and supporting your metabolism.

What is involved

Starting out on the Enzyme Diet requires replacing break and lunch with a shake, the Superfood powder being mixed with water or skim milk. In the evening a healthy dinner rounds off the eating for the day.

Once your target weight has been achieved you can replace just one meal a day with a shake and have two healthy meals.
